The fidget spinner "HSP2021" by Ebi-nanya was constructed at Fukuda Corp.'s technical center, located in Ebina City, Kanagawa Pref. in Japan. The technical center was built in 2019 by Fukuda Corp., with its aim to provide the latest and best technology from around the world to their customers in Japan. Although Fukuda Corp. is a trading company, they continue to excel in technology unmatched by others, and the All-Japan fidget spinner tournament is yet another proof of this.
